Gary Price has an interesting article on SearchEngineWatch entitled: "Keeping Yourself Out of Web And Other Databases."  In it, he responds to a Wired article by Ann Harrison telling users how to keep themselves out of Google’s databases.  Gary responds in kind by noting that not just Google makes information about people easily findable, but other search engines and databases do too.  Furthermore, it’s the individual sites that have the information, not Google itself.
