  1. Josh Neff Says:

You danced with David J? And gave him book recommendations?? AWESOME!!!

  2. Sarah Says:

    Yes, and yes. :D

  3. Marsha Says:

I’d be super excited if I got to dance with David J! Although, Peetah Murphy is my fav Bauhaus member!

  4. Demonic1 Says:

    Iron Sky? seriously?
I saw it at Convergence in MN over 4th of July. It’s a 3-5 beer movie. (that’s how many it takes to make it good).
However, as a piece of independant movie making it’s unparalleled. …except for Clerks. :)

I agree on the dragons.. but I’ve always been partial to the classic D&D European breeds. :)

  5. Sarah Says:

Iron Sky wins precisely because it is so self-consciously bad. That being said, I think I was a full evening of drinking in when I saw it, so yeah–3-5 beer movie ;)

  6. Heather Says:

Sarah, congratulations on the new gig! Gotta say I love the Grumpy Cat meme, too. How is the stainless steel pet fountain working? I tried a plastic one before because my girl cat likes to drink out of the faucet, but she didn’t seem to care it. They really do only like the things that you don’t specifically buy for them! :-)

  7. Sarah Says:

The pet fountain works great. The only negative, compared to the bigger plastic ones, is that it doesn’t really have a reservoir. So I have to refill it every day or the water level will drop too low and kill the motor. Both cats seem to like the fountain – the boy drinks from the basin and the girl drinks from the trickle down spout. Silly kitties :) I prefer the steel to the plastic for health reasons for the cats, but the lack of a reservoir is starting to annoy me to be honest.

  8. Catherine Voutier Says:

Wiw – dancing plus book recommendations with/to David J! WIN!!!

Our kitty loves being close to the kitchen sink when we put thetap on. She drinks water from the shower though. I wonder what that means? Grumpy Cat – squee!

I love this wrap-up, think I’ll copy your idea over at my blog.

  9. Catherine Voutier Says:

… and here is mine! Tx for a great idea! http://enhancinghealthcare.wordpress.com/2013/01/20/2012-year-in-review/
