Congratulations, Sarah!!! I too have been a loyal reader for several years and am consistently impressed with your commitment to quality service. My advice: keep your mission statement and your service population always in mind, and your initiatives stand a good chance of succeeding. I’m not a director, but have observed several at close range and those who were successful were always conscious of those two aspects. The rest will sort itself out over time.
