		<description><![CDATA[Awesome Sarah!  You&#039;ve certainly inspired me (and again, many thanks for *everything*) and I can&#039;t help but wonder what would happen if more of us would be willing to stand up and start fighting for our field.  It&#039;s not just our jobs and workplaces we&#039;d be expecting more out of, but our fellow colleagues; in turn, we&#039;d be able to change the entire face of libraries, even if it&#039;s baby steps at a time.  We&#039;re expected to be so many different things to so many different people, but we rarely meet anyone&#039;s expectations...why shouldn&#039;t we be better?  Why shouldn&#039;t we expect more of each other and in turn, be able to produce better services and content for those who need them?

I think it&#039;s time for a library revolution....]]></description>
