Watching a movie,ebook will be paid per quality-quantity. If I have no interest, at the moment I stop reading nothing else will be charge.

Amazon is free at the moment, but they have Amazon Web Services. They will charge you for space and streaming. If a publisher offers a free download, the publisher will pay for that service.
