We currrently have QuestionPoint and are paying extra for the Qwidget (little Meebo-like chat window). I am advocating for LibraryH3lp, or perhaps looking to some of the other vendors like Mosio or Altarama to see if they can build a stable all-in-one lightweight product that will handle web chat, IM, email, texting, and possibly other things like VOIP, social media messages/chat, or video chat. I really like Mosio’s products, especially the back-end. I’d be curious to see what develops over the next several months. So much is new in this area of “communication management” online.
