		<description>I think people need to be reminded of how much is available from their local library and how little one can actually buy for $49 a year.

Even if they do not get to the Library, they can download books, check magazine sources, look for articles in local newspapers.They can search the catalog and have books, dvd&#039;s, books on cd or music waiting for them to pick up.  Just buying 2 or 3 new novels can easily cost $49.  Our public libraries are such a good deal.</description>
