		<description>Well, of course I&#039;d recommend mine :)  But I think you&#039;ll be happy with most programs.  Look at the titles/topics first, and then look at who is speaking.  As a school librarian, you&#039;re most likely to get useful content for your situation from other school librarian speakers, or public librarians.  Unfortunately, many of the academic librarian talks tend toward the theoretical and research-based, and while interesting they don&#039;t always help me with my work.  But the topic is what&#039;s most important.  Go to what grabs you!</description>
