		<description>I&#039;m sorry but this Vint Cerf guy sounds like a moron. Most people need more than 4-6 hours of sleep a night to be healthy and productive. It&#039;s not a waste of time. And as far as kids &quot;who grow up learning to multitask&quot; it&#039;s been shown that humans are not capable of multitasking. Our brains can only focus on one thing at a time, we can only change our focus very quickly. It&#039;s actually less productive to multitask.</description>
