Most people need more than 4-6 hours of sleep a night to be healthy and productive. It's not a waste of time. And as far as kids "who grow up learning to multitask" it's been shown that humans are not capable of multitasking. Our brains can only focus on one thing at a time, we can only change our focus very quickly. It's actually less productive to multitask. I’m sorry but this Vint Cerf guy sounds like a moron.
