Exploratree is an intriguing tool that helps individuals or groups to create "interactive thinking guides."  Think of it as a way to help groups focus on a project or brainstorm ideas.  Frankly, it’s also useful for making graphical flow-charts or relational idea trees.  See the Exploratree site for many good examples and templates.
