Phil Bradley recommends an interesting article by Ann Smarty in Search Engine Journal that describes the usefulness of examining your website’s presence in as one way of measuring your digital presence’s success.  Using the URL search, you can look for for different key pages on your site to see how many people have saved them, and you may find that sub-pages are more popular than your homepage (as in Phil’s site’s case).
