Annoyed by Microsoft Word in general?  Looking for free online word processing programs?  Look no further than Mashable’s List of 13 Online Word Processing Apps.  Each has its strengths, but there’s something there for everyone.  And for libraries struggling without budgets for software, Open Office is one option but these online babies allow for collaboration that offline tools do not, so perhaps use them in tandem!
