I've compromised with my inner geek, and set my new flip phone's ringtone to the original series' communicator sound. And this is from me, who generally detests any and all ringtones. Been there, done that. We call them flip phones or clamshells. What I'd be interested in is a communicator badge like in ST:TNG.
