If you’re planning on offering instant messaging reference services at your library using Trillian as the chat aggregator (and LiB recommends that you do), check out Beatrice Pulliam’s training materials on Trillian.  The presentation is nice and concise (much better than what I provided our librarians with, I shamefully admit) and hits all the major points needed to start using Trillian.  She also includes a short movie about how to install Trillian.  Excellent!
