Tron 2.0

Tron is being remade.  I must admit some trepidation as to how awful/terrible/pathetic the re-make will be (especially given that Disney is doing it), but also excited to see what they do with the story given today’s technology.  Tron was so ahead of its time, both in concept and in special effects, that it will be quite difficult to match.

    Oh yes, I know. But somehow in my head, Disney “now” is different than Disney “then.” There are so few Disney movies that I enjoy, and most of the ones I do were done twenty years ago, like Tron. Oh well.
